Darin R. Ford, LCMFT

Darin R. Ford, is a Maryland licensed clinical marriage and family therapist who earned his master’s degree at Northcentral University with a focus on General Family Therapy. As a graduate student, he was inducted into the MFT Delta Kappa Honor Society. He was appointed to serve on the Mental Health Agency Board and other county boards with a focus on enriching at-risk families and improving the mental health of county residents. He also served as the Strengthening Families Program Coordinator for the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, which addressed alcohol and drug reduction and the reunification of families across the county.

He uses his multicultural life experiences to create a safe and welcoming space for individuals and families to participate in positive change during their strength-based sessions. His narrative and solution-focused approach with a specialty in trauma, empowers clients to tell their story and live their best life.
